Emu Farm Tours
Taking a tour of the Emu Logic emu farm is a unique opportunity to visit one of a limited number of emu farms open to the public in Australia. Visitors have the opportunity of viewing and interacting with some of our emus.
Emus lay between April and September. We normally have chicks hatching from early July, so this is when you can see little chicks running around or if you are lucky you might even see them hatching. At any time of the year you can meet the chicks as they grow up. You will have the opportunity to meet the older emus and hear and watch these wonderful birds up close. It's a wonderful experience for people of all ages!
After touring, you can return to our Farm Shop, which has a wide range of our emu products for you to purchase. You will also get to understand the huge benefits of using emu oils and soaps.
Tours cost $15 a head for ages 16+, $6 for under 16. Minimum cost $20 a tour.
You can head to Book a Tour, to pre book and pay for your tour prior to turning up. You will have to pay for all the adults on the tour but can pay for kids under 16 when you get to the farm for your tour.
Tours will run at 11am and 2pm unless prior organisation. To avoid disappointment Contact Us and book head.
For groups over 20 people booking ahead is essential and can be arranged for most times.
Catering may also be available upon request, with a cup of tea or coffee with morning/afternoon tea or lunch all with a chance to experience emu eggs [in season] and meat as part of the food. Around the shop/shed is a garden full of unique native birds to enjoy, along with plenty of farm poultry.
